Golden Light Healing Meditation

Imagine you are standing at the beginning of a long sandy road and you start walking... you look around and you see a beautiful environment... green grass, tall trees, birds flying over… hear the birds sing their lovely song…

Feel a soft breeze; gently touching your skin... the sun is shining... no clouds...
You are feeling very peaceful, quite, no worries, and no fear, only love and trust… no self-doubt, and all is as it should be…

Somewhere at a distance you can see a group of tall beautiful trees... and it calls you, you can hear them whisper your name... start walking towards it…and with each step you find a new sound, you feel your connection with the trees grow…

Now look for one tree that catches your attention, big with a broad trunk, brilliant green leaves… gently sit down next to it. Feel the love this tree has for you and send your love back. Create a heart/love connection, feel the connection, see it as one pure bean of energy, two is shared, you feel yourself melting together, you ARE the tree, becoming as one…

Now feel the strength of the tree, the roots of the tree are your roots, feel the deep, strong connection with Mother Earth, deep deep down, no storm could blow you down...
Now look up and feel the crown... The crown is your connection with the sky and the sun, the universe… no energy can disturb your balance now…

Look up and see a golden sun shining on the tree, it warns you, feeds you and cleans you… Absorb the golden light with your leaves...golden light of love, of compassion, peace, trust, of forgiveness both to self and others, absorb and take as your own…feel your entire body fill with the light…

Now feel as you give back this energy to Mother Earth, down your roots and deep deep into Mother Earth, hear her sing of gratitude…

Start gathering the light in your heart… Visualize a heart connection with your family, co-workers, neighbors… create a connection with whom you want…( even a Nutmeg Canuck )

Now see the web of connections, pure and in golden splendor, visualize the golden light streaming between all the connections, touching all of the hearts, overflowing, waking our inner self wisdom, healing our inner pain, filling all with purity and wisdom…

The universe is connected; the earth is connected… Now you can see the connected energy as a Divine spiral, in brilliant color, up and up and up, a twirling circle of golden light…

Now you can move this spiral to a person or place of your choice, it will remove all what is not of the light and protect those who stand in it from all that is not of light…

Now see everyone that is connected standing at the base of this spiral, spreading the Golden Light and making the spiral very strong and powerful…

You can call now the names of the ones you want to be healed… (Say the names out loud).

Imagine the spiral getting wider and wider and place it somewhere on earth or on a group of people… see the healing light decend, taking and embracing those named, filling them with love, peace, forgiveness, relieve of pain, filling all dark patches with golden light…

You can declare: "In the name of the Great Spirit, I ask healing for..."

Visualize the spiral of Golden Light becoming so big that the entire earth can fit in it, all that lives on her receiving the gift of Golden Light, so too does she, our Mother…

Let us bring our Mother into our hearts, see her absorbing the light, let us send her all the Love we have… now send the Light into the Universe, especially to all the dark places that need to find Light again and those who have forgotten what light and love is, Golden Light of love, compassion, peace.

Visualize the whole universe filled with the Golden Light, radiating... and the universe is singing her gratitude, hear the Angelic sounds of gratefulness...everlasting love…

Bring this feeling in your heart, make it yours and know that you can always recall this feeling again, it is now you, feel it, know it, say it…

I AM everlasting love, unconditional…

Gently bring your attention back to the tree where you are sitting, it is now bigger and brighter than before, feel the roots again, let the roots bring your attention back to the here-and-now, wrap your arms around the tree and thank it…

When you are ready, you can stand up and start walking the sandy path again in the opposite direction… when you arrive at the point you started, you are totally back into the here-and-now…

If you feel you have absorbed too much light, you can breath out a few times, just release the overload of Light with your breath.

Sweet Dreams... God makes no junk... Remember
